Michelle Activates the Awesome of teens and young adults, enabling them to build confidence and maximize
their true potential.
The potential within you right now is 172,666 times more powerful than the most powerful lightning bolt recorded!
That means there are 51.8 trillion volts of energy within you!
Each cell has 1.4 volts of energy.
The average person has 37 trillion cells in their body.
The most powerful recorded lightning bolt was 300 million volts.
But I’m here to tell you that there’s nothing wrong with you! You’re already awesome, exactly as you are. You just don’t know how to activate it yet.
I’ve interviewed thousands of people, from new graduates to CEOs. Many weren’t connected to their true identity. This disconnect led to stress, anxiety, and depression. They felt disillusioned and overwhelmed. Yes, it’s the norm for many teens (and adults), but it doesn’t have to be your norm.
Twenty-five years of HR, recruitment, and coaching experience taught me that self-confidence is the spark that activates human potential, AKA the awesome. I believe activating the awesome is the missing link to success. And the sooner you learn this valuable life skill, the better!
I CAN achieve my goals and create the future of my dreams!
I AM confident!

“Michelle led young women into their awesomeness through key sessions at our annual Love Progress Park leadership projects and year-round L.E.A.D. Group programming designed to build confidence and social capital while navigating the entrepreneurial process. Michelle’s willingness to guide middle school and high school girls as a small group coach helped move LPP closer to its vision to see all girls live with the courage to lead.”
